2) Intentional Wrecking This is a no brainer. Intentional wrecking on the Sierra Racing Server will not be tolerated. If anyone intentionally wrecks a driver at any time during a race or a practice, they will be put on probation by the league period. A driver on probation will receive a 20 point deduction, for every race during probation period determined by League Admin.

3) Distance on Starts As we all know accidents are an inevitable part of wheel to wheel door to door racing action. Since this is a "no yellow flag" league, there are no cautions and when heading towards a green flag start please try to maintain a .05 second cushion between you and the person in front of you. This gives you reaction time, and prevents the jumping of starts.

4) Damaged cars Anyone with damage that causes the car to drop in speed or causes handling problems will move high and stay there to let faster cars around until it is safe to pit. If your race car is dead or cannot move, immediately call for a tow truck using the ALT+I function and please warn everyone of your status and position. Thankyou so much.

5) Over aggressiveness Over aggressiveness will be looked at as non-reckless driving and is permitted. This is a no nonsense hard charging, online racing league where we spend about 80% of the time on short tracks. Drivers shall not "flame" other drivers before, during, or after an event. This includes Practices, Qualifying and Racing.

6) No Spin Rule We do not enforce any kind of a no spin rule here. If you spin out on your own or were spun out by another driver, please keep in mind to get back on track as quickly as possible not to cause further wrecks by avoiding oncoming cars. If you are involved in a wreck, please hit "T" key and enter on your key board so we can look at the incident quicker. There will be only Nascar4 officials at each race to hand out penalties!

7) Last Place Points If you are scheduled to race please be on time and ready to go, this means have your track loaded properly, bring your league car and be ready to race. No last place points will be given to drivers who cannot make a scheduled race unless you notify the race host prior to that race, it is your responsibilty to find a substitute driver who will race for you with your carfile & number or receive a DNS for the race. If you Qualify and you fail to start the race, you get a DNF for that race. We all have other commitments and cannot always make a race, however If you contact the race host at least one hour before the start of the race, you will be awarded last place points, that is the only exception.

8) League Race Cars All League members must have & email their own Nascar4 car files to the League Admin
so your car will be registered & posted here on our League website for future accountability purposes.
League members are encouraged to email their car files to fellow League members
or to post them on the PASCAR group board to view each others cars on race nights.

9) Point System We will be using the standard Papyrus Nascar4 point system for all 20-races. 5 additional points for leading a lap, 5 additional points for leading the most laps, etc.

10) Chatting Chatting will be kept to Team Speak auto chat messages and text messages ONLY, no Yahoo, MSN or AOL Instant messages allowed. Yes this means during cautions and qualifying too. If you wreck or cause others to wreck while you are chatting it's on you. If you have an issue to report to the league admin, please email him the details after the race at fast_eddie292@yahoo.com

Car File Procedures: Pascar requires all drivers to submit a new car file. You must submit your carfile in the following format, example: 83JohnDoe.cup.car ~ To download other driver's carfiles, go to the Drivers Page and download these carfiles into your c:Papyrus/Nascar Racing4/series/cup/cars directory.
Also, you must make sure you have your car selected for multiplayer use. If your car is not visible on Race Day, you may not be allowed to race. This is part of the inspection process and to keep us all honest.

The PASCAR 2004 Awards Banquet was held last December with little fan fare. PASCAR President "Fast" Eddie Fulson commented, "We decided to keep it low key this year. We didn't want another incident like we had at the Hilton last year and PASCAR Series Champion Mike "Soco" Socorro is still performing community service for the 'Incident'." After a few seconds he added, "Aww, who am I kidding. We lost our sponsors after last years incident, so we have no money." This year's bash was held at the posh Radisson in beautiful downtown New York City, New York. Several awards had been handed out when the festivities were interrupted by PASCAR bad boy Seth "Van Smak" Feinson in a drunken stupor, who proclaimed, "You said there were mountains here to ski on. You call these mountains? I knew I should have stayed home. I'm going out to ski off the roof and you can't stop me!" he exclaimed. At that point law enforcement was called. Editors Note: Feinson will be joining Socorro doing community service, for the 3rd straight year.

After all the awards were handed out, the festivities concluded, with the season ending sparkling grape juice toast and all of the PASCAR trophy girls joined President "Fast" Eddie Fulson in proclaiming, "Thank you to each and every one of the PASCAR family for a great year of racing. Things didn't always go smoothly, and there were ups and downs, as happens in any family, but we hope you enjoyed racing with PASCAR as much as we did. We look forward to seeing you all next season, until then have a Happy holiday off season.

Sigh, now will someone please take those ski poles away from Feinson and for God sakes help him off of the damn roof, will ya."
